Sikkim : Pakyong Airport to Zostel Gangtok to Chumthang | GoPro| Part 1

We landed at Pakyong airport around 1PM.
Private taxi from Airport to Zostel takes around 1200Rs., and the journey time is 2-3 hours. There is no bus service. That day I stayed at Gangtok Zostel which is 30 min walk from MG Marg. You can get the 25Rs. shared taxi to MG Mark all the time. The next day I left for North Sikkim on a shared cab.
Shared cab charges: 4000 per person for 2 night 3 day north Sikkim tour. (Do not pay extra for anything else)
You need to book the shared cab through a travel agent only, all the shared cabs will leave from the Vajra bus stop which is around 150-200Rs. ride from Zostel. Booking can be done on the same day or one day before the actual travel date. Once the booking is done, the travel agents do not cancel the booking. Shared cabs leave at around 12-1PM from Gangtok and reach Lachen around 7 PM. Lunch, Dinner, and stay are included in the package. Food will be mostly rice + aloo subji / chicken curry + daal. Stay is ok, you might not hot water.
Itenary:
Day 1: Leave Gangtok at 12PM then the first stop will be at one roadside waterfall. The next stop will be for lunch. And the last stop will be at Lachen.
Day 2: Leave Lachen at 5AM, visit Gurudongmar Lake at 10AM. If the majority agrees then visit Kalapathar or return immediately to Lachen hotel.
After having lunch at Lachen hotel, the next stop is Lachung hotel at 5/6 PM.
Day 3: Leave early morning to Yumthang valley, visit hot spring. Start the return journey to Gangtok. We reached Gangtok around 4PM(Vajra Bus Stand).
