I have set myself the goal of break 16:30 in the 5k distance.
MY shorter distance speed has always been my weakness and something I know I need to work on.
This has now changed and I have set myself the goal to run sub 16:30 by the end of the summer at the Mid Cheshire 5k.
This video is the first episode of documenting my training across the next 8 weeks to attempt to break 16:30.
