Описание: Following our panel of the same name, we're honored to have an extraordinary group of thought leaders with us in the Pavilion for an informal conversation about the changing view of aging. A massive demographic shift is happening across America and the world, but the so-called Silver Tsunami has a silver lining. From a narrative about the societal costs, images of older populations focused on self-centered leisure, and expectations about diminishment and decline, a very different narrative is emerging. Advancing prospects for aging health and wellness present a potential future of vitality, productivity and purpose. Lives are being reimagined, encore careers are being pursued, and an emerging longevity economy is building. We are beginning to realize that older people are an asset, thanks to their accumulated knowledge, wisdom and experience, benefiting societies that understand the potential of their aging citizens. Join us for a stimulating view of our aging future. Questions will be taken from the audience.
