Hickory construction of apartment tower, Collins House in Melbourne for developer Golden Age and Asian Pacific Group. This 60 level, 204 metre tower incorporates Hickory’s prefabricated construction method with major elements including façade and precast structural units constructed off-site in a factory and delivered to site for assembly.
Using a post tension method, the building cantilevers 4.5m over the adjoining building at level 15, maximising space on the small site footprint.
