Letting the Music Move Through Me | Embodied Movement Session

Описание: This is a spontaneous movement session filmed in the studio last night - allowing the music to move through me, without choreography or planning.

For me, movement is part of the music. Like color, it's like a wave (for lack of better way to express it). Another form of expression, another way emotion and presence can flow through the body.

This movement was about letting go, listening and willing whatever wanted to move ... to move.
