Samsung Galaxy S21 Review | One Week Later

Описание: Reviewing the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, after plenty of camera testing, what that Exynos 2100 means for battery life and gaming performance, plus everything else. It lacks the more premium features found on the Ultra and Plus models, but the standard Samsung S21 still has plenty to love - but is it worth the £769 UK price? And is it among the best smartphones of 2021?

First up, you don't get the 100x Space Zoom of that Ultra, but the Galaxy S21 does still serve up great quality photos and videos. You get natural results almost any time of day, plus flexible video shooting and some useful camera modes. Performance is strong thanks to that Exynos 2100 chipset, although you'll still see frame drops in Genshin Impact on high detail settings. Battery life isn't as strong however, and occasionally I struggled to make it through a full day on a single charge. In that respect, the Snapdragon 888 is likely to be better vs the Exynos 2100.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 also lacks the Quad HD screen, UWB support and S-Pen action of the Ultra, which makes it feel less like a flagship. It's more in line with the Galaxy S20 FE 5G that emerged at the end of last year, in fact.
