Join me for a quick 4 sets of Tabata Training. Each set consists of 8 rounds of 20sec work 10 sec rest.
Using the kettlebell for all 4 rounds, we doing following exercise:
Kettlebell Swings
Goblet Squats
Renegade Rows
Russian Twists
Please make sure to warm up prior to this workout and cool down afterwards.
