गाजियाबाद, आगरा और प्रयागराज में पुलिस कमिश्नरेट बनाने की घोषणा के बाद कमिश्नर के नाम पर कई कयास लगाए जा रहे थे,इसी बीच यूपी सरकार ने 16 आइपीएस अधिकारियों के तबादले कर दिए हैं। जहां अशोक मुथा जैन पुलिस कमिश्नर वाराणसी, अजय मिश्रा पुलिस आयुक्त गाजियाबाद और मथुरा के कप्तान अभिषेक यादव का भी तबादला हो गया है। वहीं मथुरा के नए कप्तान शैलेष कुमार पांडेय बनाए गए है।

After the announcement of formation of police commissionerates in Ghaziabad, Agra and Prayagraj, many speculations were being made on the names of the commissioners, meanwhile the UP government has transferred 16 IPS officers. Where Ashok Mutha Jain Police Commissioner Varanasi, Ajay Mishra Police Commissioner Ghaziabad and Mathura Captain Abhishek Yadav have also been transferred. At the same time, Shailesh Kumar Pandey has been made the new captain of Mathura.
