To make one serving of this smoothie, you need the following ingredients:

1. Ten raspberries
2. Glass of water
3. One cup of spinach leaves
4. Half an avocado
5. Thumb of ginger
6. Thumb of turmeric
7. Small cucumber
8. One medium beetroot
9. Half a rhubarb stalk
10. Pinch of black pepper

Now, once you have all the ingredients and you have given them a good wash, then the smoothie itself is quick and easy to prepare.

Add the rhubarb; if it is fresh rhubarb, you don't need to peel it. Rhubarb would not only give the smoothie a lovely sour taste, but it is full of fiber and has been shown to reduce bad cholesterol.

Add the cucumber because it is not only low in carbs and full of soluble fiber, but it also contains many beneficial nutrients and a lot of antioxidants.
