FLIPPING Out star Jeff Lewis has suggested ex Gage Edward "is not prepared" for more custody of their three-year-old daughter.  Jeff and his former partner Gage are parents to daughter Monroe and for the year after they split, they were working with a temporary custody arrangement while details were worked out.  However, the 49-year-old has revealed that he is no longer comfortable with the arrangement, and said: "I think he's a very good dad, but I will say, and in my opinion, my perspective, I don't believe he is prepared to take her more than 30% of the time, which is what he has her now.  "These are not slanderous statements, so I want to be clear."  Jeff also insisted he was not "trying to slander anybody" and that "the majority of the information I have provided to my listeners are fact-based".  Speaking on his SiriusXM radio show, he said: "Some things were my own personal opinions, my perspective, but most of it is based on fact."  "The fact is he asked for more custody," he insisted.  "He has not been able to honor the custody agreement for the last four weeks. He took a last minute trip to Europe and then we found out he went to Paris with Jazz Dean, it's a fact."  In a statement previously given to People, Gage called Jeff's comments he had been making on air "derogatory and slanderous".  “I will continue to stay silent on the issues related to our private custody case. To address the statements being made about me would be putting my interest above our daughter’s," he said.  "The situation is being exploited for attention, which is sad because that ultimately only affects our daughter later," he continued.  "What I will say is that there are gross mistruths in the majority of what’s been said."  Their temporary agreement is in favor of Lewis, with Gage having Monroe on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.  However, he is now proposing a 57/43 split.  Jeff previously said: “The reason I think it should stay the way it is because a) I think it’s best for Monroe, and b) I put Monroe first before myself and everything I do is Monroe-centric.  "The problem with this 43 percent that he’s asking for is, he’s not even honoring the current schedule at 30 percent.
