The BEST way to make chicken skewers at home!

Ingredients:
For the chicken marinade:
1/2kg chicken breast / thigh cubed
1 lemon, squeezed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp roasted garlic granules
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste

For the buttery garlic topping:
50g butter melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

To make:
Add all the list seasoning into the chicken and mix well.
Set aside to marinate for at least one hour, or if you’re short on time, you can skip that step.
Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees and wet the skewers to prevent the chicken from sticking onto them. Place the chicken onto the skewers so that they are tightly packed.
Place the skewers into the air fryer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile make the butter garlic topping. Melt the butter and add in garlic, parsley, black pepper and salt.
Brush onto the chicken and turn the skewers. Allow to cook for another 10 minutes.
Enjoy on their own, with a salad, or even in a wrap!
