Jordan Wheeler here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals and today I’m taking you through a full body fat loss circuit that’ll crank your fat-burning metabolism and preserve your precious lean muscle.

This is the Anti-Cardio Full Body Fat Loss Circuit. Let’s get to it!
It’s important to get a good warm-up in to ensure the body is loose, limber and ready to lift. Perform 3-5 minutes of bear crawls, crab walks and broad jumps to get your body ready for action.
You will be performing 6 exercises in circuit fashion using 60% of your 1 Rep Max for weighted exercises.
You will perform each exercise for 30 seconds - then take 30 seconds to rest and set up for the following exercise.
Once you finish all 6 exercises, repeat the entire circuit again 2 more times - making the entire workout just 18 minutes!

Exercise #1: Burpee Pull Up
This exercise combines two movements - a pull up and a burpee. Jump up, perform a pull up then throw yourself down and sprawl back right into a burpee - think speed and full body explosiveness here. If you can’t perform a pull up - just perform normal burpees until your strength is built up.
Exercise #2: Single Arm Farmer Walks (Lengths - 30 Feet)
Nothing works your core stabilizer muscles, balance and coordination more than heavy, single arm farmer walks - perform these just like regular farmer walks but only hold the handle in one arm - if you don’t have handles, just use a dumbbell. Really focus on bracing the core. Be sure to alternate arms each length you walk to evenly work both sides.
Exercise #3: Tire Sledge
Moving on, just pick the sledge up and smash the tire as fast as you can for the full 30 seconds. This will challenge your core stability, agility and coordination, be sure to switch up sides each round and grip the sledge tight so you don’t take someone out standing near you. If you don’t have a sledge, some cable woodchoppers will work as a good alternative.
Exercise #4: Seated Cable Row
Grab the cable, retract the scapula and row into your mid stomach - focus on pulling with your elbows and squeezing your lats and mid back to row the weight rather than your biceps. Keep it moving at a consistent pace the entire time!
Exercise #5: Spiderman Pushup
Now we’re going to pump up the pecs, and blitz the core with these. Perform a regular push up then bring one knee up to your elbow every time you lower to the bottom position. Alternate sides back and forth and really work the core and chest!
Exercise #6: Prowler Sled Pulls
Finally, we’re going to finish off with my favourite fat melter, sled pulls. Load up the sled, get a good grip and pull, pedalling backwards as hard and as fast as you can. Just be sure you’ve got a clear pathway to do these in so you don’t plow someone down behind you.
And that’s it!
Perform this supercharged fat loss circuit in place of traditional cardio sessions 2-3 times per week and you’ll be melting fat quicker and easier than ever before, putting the nail in the traditional cardio coffin.
