Описание: The Dallas Symphony Orchestra made the first of its two Proms appearances in London's Royal Albert Hall during the 1997 season. Under its then Music Director, Andrew Litton, it played Tchaikovsky's 5th Symphony. Only the finale and two encores have survived on an ancient video tape but as these are evidence of an exciting evening they're uploaded here purely out of interest, despite the VHS recording being incomplete. The two encores were uploaded here on their own some years ago but now take their place after the rousing Tchaikovsky 5th finale. They were Gershwin's "Promenade" and the "Dallas" TV Theme Tune composed by Jerrold Immel.
