Описание: We are going through the worst phase where Covid19 pandemic has imposed bereavement, isolation, loss of income and fear, all of which are triggering mental health conditions or exacerbating existing ones. Many people may be facing increased levels of alcohol and drug use, insomnia, and anxiety.

It is so important to be be aware of the issues and learn about what can be done apart from taking the medicines…..non-medical therapy can be quite helpful preventing escalation of many mental health conditions.
