We're testing the JEFLIKE IPX8 3500GPH/4000GPH submersible Pool Pump, the 1/2HP Sump Pump has an automated and ON mode, it has a floater switch that detects if there is water to turn on or off automatically. The pump is portable with a standard 3/4 Hose Adapter and additional 1" adapters. It is a perfect little pump for small pond and pool drainage, hot tub or swim spa draining. Basement and Garden Irrigation. We are using this JEFLIKE water Pump to help drain water around Swim Spa Pool during high rainfalls and to pull water from Rain Barrells as a Garden Sprayer, wile the 1/2 hp pump does ok job with the water in barrels, i would recommend a 1.5HP pump to get super strong spray with maximum distance, but it JEFLIKE 0.5 does still work.
