Ingredients
2 eggs
8 tablespoons granulated sugar
8 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
8 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
8 tablespoons warm milk
Mix 1 tablespoon of coffee in 8 tablespoons of hot water
For chocolate ganache
100ml double cream
100g dark chocolate
2 tablespoons caster sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (350 Fahrenheit) for approximately 35 minutes
