A independence day special motichoor ladoo....celebrated this special day in a Foodie way and with my special colorful creation. Sault to doctors, soldiers, workers, cleaning persons all of them who is working out there day and night to keep us safe ....🇮🇳🙏🇮🇳

Motichoor Ladoos are everybodies favorite. I just prepared it in my way and with vision. Hope you all are going to like it. For recipe please watch the complete video 📹.

🍘 Ingredients -

🔸️ 300 gm Besan (Round 10-12 Ladoos)
🔸️ 250 gm Jaggery powder (you can take more sugar/jaggery)
🔸️ 10 - 15 Cardamom
🔸️ Dry fruits
🔸️ Orange 🍊, Green 🥬, White🥛and Bule 🧊 Colors
🔸️ One lemon 🍋
🔸️ Salt 🧂

🍘 Recipe -

🔸️ Prepare the jaggery chashni, add Cardamom to it
🔸️ Cool down the mixture strain it and add the dry-fruits and lemon
🔸️ Divide the mixture into three equal parts and and colors (Orange 🍊, Green and White🥛)
🔸️ Prepare the Motichoor mixture by adding warm water into besan
🔸️ Add little 🧂
🔸️ Again Divide the mixture and add colors (Orange 🍊, Green and White🥛)
🔸️ Heat the pan with oil 🛢
🔸️ Prepare the Motichoor and soak them into chashni mixture
🔸️ After 2 hours shape them with Modak mold and decorate with blue colored Pistachio on top of the Motichoor
