Israel strikes Beirut for the first time since ceasefire

The Israeli army said that the commander of Hezbollah’s Radwan force, the most elite unit of the pro-Iran armed group, was killed in one of the strikes. Several people were killed by Israeli airstrikes in the south of the country, where attacks have continued despite the agreement.
