Ingredients : -
Egg 3
Cut into pieces

Boiled Mashed Potato 4
Fried Onion 3 tbsp
Fried Dried Chilli 2
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Mix well
Coat with Egg pieces
Besan 1 Cup
Water as Required
Make Batter
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic & Ginger Paste 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped palak 3 tbsp
Mix well
Coat the Egg pieces
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry until Golden Brown
