Roland JD-XA demo featuring 'Chimera' an incredible new soundset (now available on Roland's Axial site) designed by Oscar Finch. This soundset is beautifully designed, incredibly complex, and arguably the best example of the JD-XA's capabilities to date. The bank is so good that it will be shown in two parts, and all 16 patches will be covered.
Just having had a quick look at it so far, it seems this bank is a priceless tool for scoring, with its dark and sinister atmospheres, multitimbral textures, and also its playability. I will certainly do some videos of cinematic compositions using this bank in the future.
