Getting real vulnerable with you guys and finally sharing my breastfeeding experience/journey as a first time mom! Breastfeeding is one of those things I didn't do much preparation for before my baby arrived and although it was a beautiful experience I'm grateful I was able to have with my daughter, I also experienced a lot of challenges from low milk supply, a slow letdown, postpartum weight loss and postpartum anxiety. I hope that sharing my own journey and being honest about it with you guys can encourage you and help you remember that you're not alone 💗 #fedisbest
