MY FIRST EVER ENDURO MTB RACE!!

I decided to enter my first enduro eMTB race ever and it was so. such fun! The pedal hounds series is spread out across 5 stops throughout the year and the first event was held at the Land of NOD is some difficult, technical conditions. I went for my Haibike ALLMTN 3.5 e bike because it is perfect for this style of riding... with softer suspension and tyre pressures low I was ready to tackle the poor conditions!
The pedal hounds series is perfect because it caters for beginner or advanced riders so if you are just starting out racing its a friendly series to attend. The format of the race means there are 4 stage which you get 2 runs on each stage then your best time on each stage is added together to give and overall score.
The trail conditions where very difficult, with lots of rainfall making the trails so wet and muddy. It only got worse as the day went on because the more riders that tackled the course, the worse the mud became!
