📌 Cons: Because the exchange is so popular and great, sometimes customer service takes longer than a day to respond to your queries (always remember to check FAQs!).

📌 Security: You can only withdraw money to the method of payment you used to deposit. In the unlikely event you get hacked, they can only send money to your bank account. Doesn't get any safer than this.
