Here it is. Come and gloat at the Muppet whose bike fell off its side stand.
Mostly the damage was superficial so I was able to ride home. But it didn't make it hurt any less.
If anyone thinks that I wasn't seething inside, then you're wrong. I was just so washed out that morning that I didn't have the strength in me to kick off! I was melting inside my bike gear and easily out of breath and needed to save myself for the ride home. That's where I had my hissy fit! (may have been the C'VID)
The update was filmed a couple of days later, so that's why I'm out of breath and sniffing so much. I get that it's really annoying to listen to, so sorry about that 😪
If anything came of this debacle, it's that it shows just how good Ducati are at making a buck!
I can't be the only person who thinks that the gearshift lever should come with the rubber toe shift already on it?
Thankfully I had kept my old one and just re-used it. Same goes for the fairing and the Streetfighter sticker. Ridiculous that these are add-on's.
I knew what I was taking on buying a Ducati. Things were never going to be cheap. But it's little things like that which I find annoying.
Talk about kicking a man when he's already down 😉
