What are the small claims court fees?

Knowing what the correct fee is and when to pay it, is crucial to succeeding in a small claims court claim.

Failure to pay a fee on time, can result in a small claim being struck out and at an end. Whilst it can be possible to reinstate a claim that has been struck out, it is by no means straight forward or nailed on to succeed.
