Blueberry Yum Yum Recipe-
1 Angel Food Cake
(broken in small bites sizes)(do not crush the cake)
8 oz Cream Cheese
(I let the cream cheese sit out for about an hour before starting)
1/2 Cup sugar
1 1/2 Cups Can Milk (1 large can)
1 large cool whip
1 teaspoon Almond flavor.
2 cans blueberry pie fillings
1 Pak. Knox gelatin
-tear cake into bite size pieces in pan,
-heat on low - 1/2 cup of the milk with gelatin just until dissolved
-with mixer/ deep bowl/ blend cream cheese until softened
add rest of milk/ sugar/ Almond flavor/ blend until mixed well
fold in the cool whip
-pour over the cake in glass dish
-spoon pie filling on top
-chill over night
