Chocolate Cupcakes ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cacao powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk (2 tablespoons of sour cream and the remainder is milk)
1/3 cup coffee
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
Buttercream topping:
1 stick of President butter (198g)
300g of powder sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
Bake for 18 minutes at 350F
