Jura Tempest is the 8th ring of hell which is "Forbidden"
nothing is known to anyone about this ring Lucifer knows it exists
but he never went there, now even angels are not allowed to go in their,
the exterminators went there to exterminate
sinners/subordinates of Rimuru which turned out to be just like
the Falmuth attack,
