4 Tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup dried cranberries
2 spring onions
1. Spread cream cheese evenly on each tortilla.
2. Sprinkle an even layer of chopped spring onion and dried cranberries on each tortilla.
3. Roll up and refrigerate for an hour.
4. Cut into ½ inch slices and serve.
