Over the last four years, Maryland Public Television (MPT) has dedicated a week of programming every year to celebrating HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). Get an inside sneak peak at The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA), the nation’s oldest historically Black athletic conference, presenting the 2024 Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship Tournament at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, MD.
