Making a Four Blade Folding Knife from Bearing Rings | Full Forging Process
In this video I made an amazing four blade folding knife using two old bearing rings. To start this project I heated the old bearing rings in fire and forged four separate blades from them.
After forging the blades I made two spring mechanisms (dual springs) which are used to open and close the blades smoothly. Once the springs were ready I carefully ground and polished all the blades. After grinding I heat-treated the blades by heating them again and quenching them in water to make them hard and durable.
After heat treatment I worked on the handle. For the handle I used plastic material and shaped it properly. Finally I fitted all four blades and the two springs into the handle and assembled a very strong and impressive handmade four blade folding knife.
