Tras mudarse a Barcelona para estudiar arquitectura (aunque nunca llegó a construir nada), cambió de rumbo para convertirse en profesor de secundaria — y poco después, también en DJ.

Empezó mezclando discos con amigos en la azotea de un humilde piso en Gràcia — sin formación formal, solo buenas vibras. Desde entonces, ha estado persiguiendo ese punto dulce entre lo groove y lo sensual, fusionando disco y house con una energía salvaje y percusiva, y un toque de psicodelia.

En sus sets puedes esperar desde funk, soul, italo y high-NRG hasta balearic, deep, tribal, acid y hip-house, siempre con debilidad por los sonidos de los primeros años 90 y por voces provocativas en español, portugués o italiano.

Además, es el anfitrión de Radio Carini en RBL Radio, un programa mensual donde selectores de distintas partes comparten su visión sobre la “música sensual”.

Born and raised in Menorca, Prof Mullet grew up surrounded by music — from progressive rock to hip-hop and global rhythms. After moving to Barcelona to study architecture (though he never built a thing), he eventually changed course to become a high school teacher — and not long after, a DJ as well.

He began mixing records with friends on the rooftop of a humble flat in Gràcia — no formal training, just pure vibes. Since then, he’s been chasing that sweet spot between groovy and sensual, blending disco and house with wild percussive energy and a touch of psychedelia.

Expect anything from funk, soul, italo and high-NRG to balearic, deep, tribal, acid and hip-house, always with a soft spot for early ’90s sounds and cheeky Hispanic, Brazilian or Italian vocals.

He’s also the host of Radio Carini on RBL Radio, a monthly show where selectors from around the world share their take on “sensual music.”
