OREO BROWNIES

✅Ingredients

• 1 cup butter melted
• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 12 Oreo cookies
• 1 recipe cookie dough frosting see below


✅Instructions

1️⃣ 00:11 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2️⃣ 00:17 - In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with sugar.

3️⃣ 00:27 - Add in the eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and vanilla until everything is well combined and smooth (use a hand mixer or stand mixer).

4️⃣ 01:06 - Stir in the flour by hand and then carefully fold in the Oreos. You don't want to crush them so you still get heavenly chunks of Oreo goodness.

5️⃣ 01:22 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven when done and cool completely before "frosting."

6️⃣ 01:31 - Make your cookie dough "frosting" (quick recipe below). Frost your delicious and well cooled Oreo brownies and let the "frosting" set up in the fridge for about an hour for easy cutting.

• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2-4 tablespoons water
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips


✅Instructions
