The Three-Breath Release
1. Acknowledge and Inhale: 
Stop everything. Inhale slowly and deeply, and as you do, mentally acknowledge the specific, single emotion or memory you are holding onto (e.g., "This is regret," or "This is the shadow of that past event"). Do not judge it; simply give it a name.
2. Witness and Hold: 
Hold your breath briefly, and in that pause, observe the physical location of that feeling in your body—the tension in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the heat on your neck. You are not the feeling; you are the witness.
 
3. Release and Exhale: 
Exhale completely, slowly, and deliberately, imagining the named emotion or memory being pushed out with the breath, exiting your body as a dull, gray smoke.
