Making a Steampunk Hat Accessory

Описание: I needed a new hat for Nullus Anxietas VI Discworld convention - to wear when I was on the steampunk panel. I'm also planning a new steampunk costume.
Thought I'd share how I made it.
You need:
foam mat (6mm)
2mm foam sheets
hot glue + gun
Araldyte
Black acrylic paint
Rub'n'Buff
