The cooking pot is perfect for preparing rice, cereals, legumes, but also for cooking and serving risottos directly at the table.
The thick walls of the cooking pot store heat and release it evenly. The inner lid prevents boiling, helps in keeping the steam close to the rice and favors its even circulation, so that each grain is perfectly cooked.
The FLAME®ceramic developed in Emile Henry laboratories withstands high temperatures and brings together all the benefits of the highest quality ceramic cookware that can be placed on flame: perfect cooking, respect for ingredients, tastes/flavors well kept.
The enamel used for finishing the dish protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the cooking pot without the product being scratched) making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
