Monte Amiata (Si) is a masterpiece for us... top trails, top atmosphere and top food from the Rifugio Cantore. This is the early morning ride before Gravity School starts, it's 8 in the morning and we still have to wake up... but this trail is so nice and fast that we immediately go into the right mood ;-)
PS: @Rifugio Cantore one of the best coffee (and food) in the world!
