Описание: Three years ago, the government of St. Kitts and Nevis not only illegally canceled our family’s application but also failed to return the funds.

We have heard countless public, high-sounding statements regarding refunds, but in reality, this is a private process of complete disregard, discrimination, and lawlessness within the program.

Our family is still waiting for the refund of our donation to the St. Kitts state fund in the amount of $150,000, as well as the reimbursement of the due diligence fees, the background check procedure which our family successfully completed. We are not even speaking about the losses from inflation on this amount over the past years. In addition, we have received no compensation for the $20,000 agent fee we paid to the agency, nor for all the extra expenses related to gathering and certifying the required documents.

I call on the government of St. Kitts to honor its obligations regarding these payments. This situation is a public disgrace for your citizenship program. You must now act with integrity toward each of the affected families, especially those with children like ours.

The mistakes made by the new government have become an example for the entire industry, and the sooner you correct them, the better.
