Описание: The CJ Roy suicide case has taken a sharp political turn with the Karnataka government forming a Special Investigation Team (SIT). While the government claims the move is aimed at ensuring transparency, the BJP has raised serious objections, calling the decision suspicious and politically motivated.

BJP State President B.Y. Vijayendra launched a scathing attack on the Siddaramaiah-led government, questioning the very basis of the SIT.
👉 “Why form an SIT when no one has filed a formal complaint?”
👉 “Is this an attempt to cover up the government’s own mistakes?”

According to BJP leaders, the SIT is not a neutral investigative body. Vijayendra sarcastically remarked that SIT does not stand for Special Investigation Team, but rather “Siddaramaiah Investigation Team.” The statement has intensified the political war of words in the state.

The opposition alleges that the government is using the SIT as a diversionary tactic to manage public perception instead of addressing core issues surrounding the mysterious death. BJP leaders argue that premature formation of an SIT raises more questions than answers, especially in a sensitive suicide case.
