In this video, Sainik Welfare News explains the AWHO Neemrana City demand survey for residential plots and flats for Armed Forces personnel and eligible defence families.

The Army Welfare Housing Organisation has invited demand survey response for Neemrana City, Rajasthan. This update is important because both options are being discussed: residential plots and flats. Interested eligible applicants can submit their response before the last date mentioned in the notice, which is 30 June.

As discussed in the video, the demand survey is open for serving and retired personnel of the Army, Navy and Air Force, widows, parents of deceased personnel receiving pension, and existing AWHO allottees or unit holders. Existing AWHO allottees may fall under Priority II as per the conditions explained in the notice.

This is a demand survey stage. It should not be treated as final allotment, final booking or guaranteed possession. The future planning of the project will depend on response received, housing preference, project feasibility and further decision by AWHO.

The video explains how to fill the form, including personal number, rank, name, father or spouse name, service details, present or last unit, date of birth, date of commission or enrolment, date of retirement, PPO details where applicable, Aadhaar number, address, email ID and contact number.

For plots, the available preference categories discussed include 150 to 200 sq. mtr., 201 to 250 sq. mtr. and 251 to 300 sq. mtr. Applicants may give preference one and preference two. For flats, applicants may choose 2 BHK, 3 BHK or 4 BHK, again with preference options.

The video also explains the commitment money of ₹25,000, bank details, documents to be attached, cancelled cheque, PAN card and consent declaration. If an applicant later withdraws, refund may be given after deduction of 2% handling charges as discussed. If the project does not come, refund with interest may be applicable as per the notice. If the applicant continues in the project, the commitment money may be adjusted in the registration amount.
