Pipa Yuan (Loquat Garden) Hot Pot restaurant is a must visit place when inChongqing. The sight of this mega restaurant is breathtaking! It is located at Huoguo Shan (Hot Pot Mountain). Just tell the taxi driver to go to Pipa Yuan Huoguo.
The must order dish (not necessarily the tastiest) when having hot pot in Chongqing are duck intestines and cow stomach. Remember to go for the least spicy level because locals taste buds are well accustomed to super hot spicy levels. Outsiders like us may not be able to enjoy anything above the lowest level.
