Radio Comunitaria Naköj is an Indigenous media outlet focused on promoting social and cultural topics, as well as strengthening the Maya Kaqchikel language among the population of Santo Domingo Xenacoj, Guatemala.
In 2024, they received funding from our #IndigenousCommunityMedia Fund , which supported the institutional, communicational, and cultural strengthening of their radio station. Through both in-person and virtual workshops, they promoted journalism, freedom of expression, and the rights of Indigenous peoples.

Radio Comunitaria Naköj es un medio de comunicación Indígena, se enfoca en promover temas sociales, culturales y fortalecimiento del idioma Maya Kaqchikel en la población de Santo Domingo Xenacoj, Guatemala.
En el 2024, fueron financiados por nuestro Fondo de #MediosComunitariosIndígenas, y con ello, promovieron el fortalecimiento institucional, comunicación y cultural de su radio. Por medio de talleres presenciales y virtuales impulsaron el periodismo, la libertad de expresión y los derechos de pueblos indígenas.
