Four people were arrested over the weekend for protesting outside the Savannah home of missing toddler #QuintonSimon. It's been almost three weeks since his mother, Leilani Simon, told police that her 20-month-old had vanished from his playpen.
Little Quinton is presumed to be dead, according to police.
