First mission is the normal mission. Second mission is collect 100 rings. Third mission is find the lost chao. Fourth mission is a timed version of the first mission. Last mission is hard mode. Only Route 280 is different. Unlocks are an emblem for all A Ranks which is why the counter goes from 161 to 163, Egg Robo Kart, and the Black Wave costume for 2P mode.

31:07 Second Mission
32:51 Third Mission (Don't hit the cars. By far the hardest mission in the game imo.)
36:19 Fourth Mission (Don't hit the walls.)
39:47 Last Mission (Hard mode. More cars and they weigh more.)
