In this video I share some of my thoughts, exploring the darker side of the soft life - from unrealistic beauty standards and expenses to the way it quietly encourages escapism and avoidance of real growth.

Life isn’t always easy, and building a meaningful, successful and genuinely soft life takes intention, resilience and hard work. The dream sold online by influencers can leave us feeling inadequate, distracted or stuck in cycles of comparison.

So, is the soft life aesthetic really the key to happiness - or just another cleverly marketed myth keeping us stuck in constant consumerism.
