This creamy chicken pasta with mushrooms is one of my favorite recipes — I’ve been making it for over 20 years, and it never gets old. Tender chicken, ароматные грибы, сливочный соус с лёгкой кислинкой лимона и свежей зеленью делают это блюдо идеальным для семейного ужина.
📌 Ingredients:
• 4–5 chicken thighs
• 250 g mushrooms
• 1 shallot onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 100 g cherry tomatoes
• 200 g spaghetti
• Fresh parsley
• Salt, pepper, oregano
• Basil for the sauce
• 500 ml heavy cream (30%)
• Lemon juice
• A little pasta water
