KYIV BLACKOUT? Putin To Target Energy Infrastructure in Ukraine, Nearly 2,000 Drones Launched

Описание: Russia's Defence Ministry said it is preparing "massive strikes" against Ukraine's energy facilities, raising concerns about a renewed campaign against the country's power infrastructure ahead of winter. The announcement comes amid escalating drone and missile attacks, including a strike near Kyiv that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said killed 38 people. Ukrainian officials also warn Russia may be preparing new attacks on Kyiv and Chernihiv, while Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara said Moscow could mobilize up to 600,000 additional troops over the next two years. NATO allies have meanwhile called for stronger air-defence support for Ukraine as fears of further escalation grow.
