Mutta Porichath / Spicy Boiled Egg Fry
Egg -5 boiled
Kashmiri Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Turmeric-1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Fennel powder -1/2 tsp
Green chili-3
Curry leaves -2 tbs
Ghee -1 tbs
Coconut oil-1 tbs
Boil egg 5-7 minutes and then pour cold water , de shell eggs and score in lightly . To a pan add ghee and coconut oil . Then add the spices and the egg , cover with lid and mix well . Roast in low sim fire .
To peel off hard boiled eggs easily , always boil them 6-8 minutes , remove water and pour cold water and keep aside for 10-12 minutes then crack sides and roll down and easily you can get the skin off
Maida Dosa / Crepe
All purpose flour -2 cup
Egg -1
Salt -1 tsp
Oil-2 tbs
Water needed
Mix all together to a loose batter . The make thin dosas (crepes) .
