this is how you scale a video production business in 2026.
it's simple.
stop being a videographer. start being a business owner.
but what does that actually mean, where do you start?
good question...
here's your checklist:
[x] identify your weakest link (the one thing holding your work back)
[x] outsource that one thing first (not everything, just one)
[x] systematize your entire process (if it's in your head, it needs to be on paper)
[x] build a core team of specialists (people better than you at specific things)
[x] position yourself as the visionary (conductor, not the person playing every instrument)
those are the five phases.
the sixth thing... the main take away and most common blocker for creatives...
[x] you have to let go of being the "best" at everything. your value is in your vision, not your execution.
if you get these six things right...
then you've stacked the deck in your favor.
and it's just a matter of time before you're hitting consistent $100k months.
i cannot wait for that day.
