Option A: you make economic policies to help the people that are suffering, option B: you pretend like the problem doesn’t exist, or option C: you start building megaprojects too boost the national pride, despite your people suffering.

This is Episode 4 of Project Victory of Evil, where the Axis have achieved total victory in the Second World War, and after they start to experience serious economic downturn due to their many bad policies, they would start constructing megaprojects, one of which is Atlantropa.
